GardaWorld is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Phoenix, AZ. You will deliver high-quality customer service while safeguarding people and property in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, verifying identities, managing access, patrolling, and coordinating with emergency teams. A HS diploma or GED and the ability to pass a thorough screening are required.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: North Phoenix, Az
• Set schedule:
• Shift 1: 7:00am to 7:00pm Saturday/Sunday
• Shift 2: 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
