Job summary

Northeast Security Inc. is seeking Security Concierge Officers for premiere Class A buildings in Cambridge. The role is full-time on the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am) with on-site parking and a starting pay rate of $27.00/hour.

Candidates must pass background and drug screenings and complete orientation. Ideal applicants have strong customer service, professional presentation, and the ability to stay post and assist guests while upholding client culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Pre-employment background and drug screenings required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Front-facing concierge representing building and clients.
• Maintain professional appearance and post at all times.
• Provide excellent guest reception and communication.
• Notify supervisors of serious incidents promptly.
• Maintain communications with security personnel and updates to procedures.
