GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Concierge Security Ambassador in Chesterfield, MO to deliver exceptional customer service, welcome visitors, verify identities, and guide guests across shifts in office towers, hotels and shopping centers.

You will handle access control, patrols, incident reporting, and coordination with emergency teams to safeguard people and property. A strong service mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass extensive screening process.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors; verify identities and guide guests.
• Manage access control responsibilities.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks and report.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone; write incident reports.

As a Security Ambassador – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What's in it for you:

• Site Location: Chesterfield, Mo
• Set schedule: We have 3 shifts available
• Full-time, Thursday through Sunday 2nd shift 2p.m. to 10p.m.
• Part-time, Saturday through Sunday 1st shift 6a.m. to 2p.m.
• Part-time, Saturday through Sunday 3rd shift 10p.m. to 6a.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $19 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Ambassador

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Ambassador

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
