GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Manhattan, NY. This role focuses on customer service while protecting people and property in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will greet visitors, verify identities, and manage access control. A NY security license is required, with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Manage access control

• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• New York Security License required.
