Responsibilities include welcoming guests, verifying identities, patrolling, reports, and incident response. Candidates must have a Florida Class D license and be 21+ with a clean driving record; background checks and screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• Must have Florida Class D license.
• This is a Driving Post; must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and guiding guests.
• Control access to facilities.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st Shift, and 7am - 3pm

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Must have Florida Class D license
