In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance to residents, guests, and vendors in the community.

Job Description
  1. Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
  2. Answer telephone calls.
  3. Ensure the safety of residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms, and investigating any unusual activity.
  4. Process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns.
  5. Receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc., and deliver or hold as requested.
  6. Maintain the sign-in/out log for community keys and gate passes.
  7. Assist other departments with administrative functions.
  8. Respond to resident, family, and employee concerns promptly to provide high customer satisfaction.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers.
Qualifications
  1. Three (3) months of related experience preferred.
  2. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  3. Highly proficient computer skills; proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word required.
  4. Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful.
  5. Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  6. Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
  7. Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.
