Job summary

Mint Eco Car Wash is looking for a friendly, sales-driven team member in West Palm Beach, FL. You will greet customers, become a product expert, and help them choose the best car wash options. Promote monthly memberships and keep the lobby welcoming for guests.

We offer competitive hourly pay plus commission, a fun fast-paced environment, and free car washes. This non-exempt position provides opportunities to grow within a growing Palm Beach brand.

• Greet Customers with a Smile: Be the first friendly face customers see, creating a warm and welcoming experience.
• Be a Product Expert: Know our services inside and out. Use this expertise to answer customer questions and be ready to explain features and benefits to customers.
• Recommend the Best Options: Assess customers' needs and recommend the ideal services for their vehicle.
• Sell Monthly Memberships: Promote and sell our convenient monthly car wash memberships to keep cars shining year-round.
• Keep the Lobby Spotless: Ensure the lobby area is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for customers to enjoy during their visit.
