Job summary

Idaho Concierge Medicine, a premium concierge care practice in Boise, seeks a full-time Registered Nurse to serve as a patient care coordinator. The role combines autonomous nursing duties with collaboration under a Nurse Practitioner, focusing on prep, education, and coordinated in-home visits across the Treasure Valley.

The RN will educate patients on peptides and longevity protocols, perform phlebotomy/IV therapy, and travel to patient homes with mileage reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Idaho.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously within nursing scope.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lab reviews, check-ins, and materials to minimize NP workload.
• Review labs with patients and provide recommendations under NP direction.
• Educate patients on peptide, treatment, and longevity options under protocols.
• Serve as primary clinical contact, coordinating care and follow-through.
• Perform phlebotomy and IV therapy as needed.
• Prepare providers for visits and support in-home/virtual encounters.
• Process refills and transmit prescriptions under NP direction.
• Contribute to designing and improving clinical workflows.
• Provide temporary coverage for MA duties during maternity leave.
• Travel to patient locations and centralized office with mileage reimbursement.
