Full Time - 2nd Shift

Concierge Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the building's integrity during weekends and scheduled times.

Primary Responsibilities for Concierge:
  • Ensure the highest quality of customer service for residents
  • Answer multiline telephone, screen, and direct calls
  • Greet guests and residents, directing them to the correct destination
  • Respond to and address resident concerns during the shift
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Schedule appointments
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email
  • Carry out emergency procedures as required
  • Use the BILD sales system effectively
  • Oversee weekend activities
  • Notify the Executive Director of emergencies
  • Report areas or articles needing repair to the Assistant Director
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
