Qualifications

• Licensed PT (TX) required.
• Must reside within 1 hour of Houston Airport.
• Full-time, 40+ hours per week.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience preferred.
• Strong independent clinical judgment and triage awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-style PT consults via virtual visits.
• Travel to multiple worksites for on-site visits 25-33% of the time.
• Focus on early intervention and clinical triage rather than ongoing care.
• Engage with employees at all levels, including leadership.
• Maintain autonomy and flexibility in scheduling and patient care.
