Job summary

Bonsai Rehab seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver concierge-style consults for employees at partner worksites through virtual visits and quarterly on-site travel. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on early intervention and clinical triage rather than ongoing patient care, with autonomy, flexibility, and relationship-building at its core.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, is comfortable with travel and virtual care, and can work well with leadership across worksites.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in CO.
• Residence within 1 hour of Denver International Airport.
• Full-time, 40+ hours per week.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience preferred.
• Strong independent clinical judgment and triage (red/yellow flag awareness).
• Comfortable engaging with employees at all levels, including leadership.
• Willingness to travel and support multiple worksites.
• OCS a plus.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
