Pyramid Global Hospitality’s The Belgrove Resort in West Palm Beach is seeking a Concierge to elevate guest experiences across our 4-Diamond property. You’ll be the go-to source for hotel amenities, local recommendations, and a memorable stay, delivering warm, attentive service to guests from around the world.

The role is part of our Guest Services team, offering opportunities to grow within a dynamic, award-winning hospitality company on a picturesque Florida property.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Establish relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractions.
• Help to resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty.
• Assist other departments as needed.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Concierge. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable impression for our guests through assisting with the planning of their stay. The Concierge is the top source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.
