Responsibilities

• Greet guests and oversee the front desk
• Manage reception area, telephone, and mail communications
• Direct calls and take messages
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby
• Assist staff at the front desk
• Conduct community rounds for security
• Provide accurate information in person and via phone/email
• Respond to emergency boards as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• 6 months related experience preferred
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Integrity and confidentiality
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
