Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
  2. Answer telephone calls.
  3. Monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms to ensure the safety of residents and property, investigating any unusual activity.
  4. Process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns.
  5. Receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc., and deliver or hold as requested.
  6. Maintain the sign in/out log for the issuance of community keys and gate passes.
  7. Assist other departments with administrative functions.
  8. Ensure timely response and follow-up on resident/family/employee concerns to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Qualifications

  1. Three (3) months of related experience is preferred.
  2. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  3. Highly proficient computer skills, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word required.
  4. Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful demeanor.
  5. Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  6. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  7. Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.
