Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to work with a concierge physician, delivering high-quality care at corporate health centers. You will handle front and back-office duties, assess patients, and ensure physicians have the resources needed to succeed, in a role that emphasizes patient experience.

The role requires clinical and administrative duties, with a focus on a smooth patient journey, efficient EMR use, and coordination of referrals and wellness events.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification and nursing license to practice in the state for which you are applying.
• Minimum of one year experience in primary care and at least two years in an administrative capacity.
• Exceptional phlebotomy skills.

Responsibilities

• Support physician in clinical and administrative functions.
• Interview and assess patients to obtain medical information and report findings to physician.
• Extensive use of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Perform venipuncture and basic laboratory tests and coordinate with contracted labs.
• Assist with medical procedures.
• Coordinate off-site wellness events as needed.
• Use diagnostic/therapeutic equipment (e.g., O2 therapy, EKG).
• Maintain infection control procedures throughout the clinic.
• Manage supplies and inventory.
• Maintain patient flow and assist with referrals and scheduling.
