Job summary

Private Medical is a physician-led, concierge-style practice focused on relationship-based, longitudinal care. We seek a California-licensed MD to lead a patient panel and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team, including a nurse and patient care administrator.

You will provide well checks, manage chronic and acute conditions, and participate in after-hours care, delivering exceptional patient experiences within a supportive, academically connected network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of four-year accredited medical school.
• Complete residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics program.
• Minimum of five (5) years as a licensed MD.
• Experience with longitudinal primary care and academic medical centers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with patients.
• Manage chronic and acute illness and injuries.
• Provide well checks and house calls.
• Be available after-hours by phone for patient communication and care.
• Track and review normal physical development as well as psychological well-being.
• Lead a team comprising a Registered Nurse and Patient Care Administrator.
• Create personalized reports for patients to help them and the team navigate health goals and care.
