Job summary

Blue Angel Clinical Partners is seeking a physician to join our San Mateo concierge primary care practice, focusing on a small, high-engagement patient panel with no billing or staffing burdens. You will manage 200–300 members with strong referral support and flexible clinical autonomy.

Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO, CA license (or path thereto), and have 3–10 years post-residency with interest in a concierge or direct primary care model.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from US medical school with residency training.
• California medical license or a clear path to obtain one.
• Demonstrated ability to build long-term patient relationships in a small-panel, concierge setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and care for your own panel starting with the waitlist and referral base.
• Deliver comprehensive, ongoing primary care including prevention and chronic disease management.
• Coordinate specialty care and ensure seamless onboarding with physician support.
• Maintain clinical autonomy and flexibility in shaping patient care approach.

Education
