Job Title: Concierge Greeter

The Bristal Assisted Living, a luxury senior care community, is seeking an experienced, polished, and upbeat Concierge Greeter to create an exceptional first impression at our front desk. This role requires delivering top-tier guest services and hospitality, reflecting the excellence and core values of our brand.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Answering and redirecting incoming calls professionally and positively
  2. Taking accurate and courteous messages and responding promptly to resident requests
  3. Greeting visitors warmly and completing inquiry information
  4. Responding politely and timely to inquiries from residents, guests, and team members
  5. Handling emergencies promptly and appropriately
  6. Maintaining accurate front desk logs
  7. Performing basic computer data entry as needed

Qualifications:

  • Clear, confident speaking voice in person and over the phone
  • Cheerful, upbeat, and professional demeanor
  • Attentive to details and situations, including emergencies
  • Strong, patient, and pleasant communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office preferred
  • Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
  • Respectful and polite to residents, guests, and colleagues
  • Flexible schedule, including at least one weekend day (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs)
