Marquis MD in Boca Raton, FL, seeks a Board‑Certified Pediatrician to join Marquis MD Pediatrics and shape a concierge care model emphasizing time, continuity, and intimate patient panels. The role focuses on high-touch primary care, preventive pediatrics, and partnership with families within a membership-based structure.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Pediatrics (ABP or AOA).
• Active and unrestricted Florida medical license, or eligibility to obtain prior to launch.
• DEA registration.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical pediatric experience post-residency.
• BLS and PALS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to a limited, curated pediatric panel from newborn to adolescence across all membership tiers.
• Perform well-child visits, developmental and behavioral screenings, acute illness evaluations, chronic disease management, and adolescent care with appropriate visit times.
• Build and maintain physician–family relationships, knowing patients by name, history, and circumstances, not by chart number.
• Provide direct physician access to members via secure messaging with same-day/next-day appointments when possible.
• Oversee in-house phlebotomy and rapid point‑of‑care testing (strep, flu, RSV, COVID, bilirubin, glucose).
• Coordinate referrals with clear communication with specialists; be reachable to those you refer to.
• Cultivate referral relationships with OB/GYNs, neonatologists, pediatric specialists, schools, and community partners.
• Contribute to clinical standards, protocols, and the care model of Marquis MD Pediatrics.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR.

Education

M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution

Board Certification in Pediatrics (ABP or AOA)

Active Florida medical license or eligibility
