Marquis MD Pediatrics in Boca Raton, FL, seeks a Board Certified Pediatrician to join a concierge practice and shape our clinical culture and care model. You will manage a limited pediatric panel with time for families, ensure high-quality well-child care, and build lasting physician-family relationships.

The role emphasizes continuity of care, comprehensive primary care, and collaboration with specialists, schools, and community partners to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Pediatrics (ABP or AOA).
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• DEA registration.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical pediatric experience post-residency.
• BLS and PALS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to a curated pediatric panel from newborn through adolescence across all membership tiers.
• Conduct well-child visits, developmental and behavioral screenings, acute illness evaluations, chronic disease management, and adolescent care with appropriate visit times.
• Build physician-family relationships; know patients by name, history, and circumstance.
• Provide direct physician access to members via secure messaging with same-day and next-day appointments.
• Oversee in-house phlebotomy and rapid point-of-care testing (strep, flu, RSV, COVID, bilirubin, glucose).
• Coordinate specialist referrals with close-loop communication; be reachable by the specialists you refer to.
• Develop referral relationships with OB/GYNs, neonatologists, and pediatric specialists and community partners.
• Contribute to clinical standards, protocols, and the care model of Marquis MD Pediatrics.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR.

Education

M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution

Board Certification in Pediatrics (ABP or AOA)
