GardaWorld is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Lancaster, PA. The role emphasizes customer service while guarding people and property in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will be working full-time with set overnights, 11:00pm-7:00am, on Saturdays through Wednesday, in a concierge post. Salary is $18.54 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer matching, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
