Job summary

The Auberge in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a part-time Concierge to perform receptionist duties and provide clerical support to the Business Office Manager. You will assist with HR, AP, AR, and payroll as needed, while maintaining professional contact with residents and staff.

Qualifications include a High School diploma, proficient PC skills with Word/Excel, and strong English communication; switchboard operation experience is preferred for handling multi-line systems.

The Concierge performs receptionist duties providing clerical support to the Business Office Manager with human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll as needed. Because you are always in contact with residents, families, and employees and to guarantee their satisfaction, this position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism to ensure industry-leading service.

Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills: Proficient PC skills; Microsoft Word and Excel; Must be able to read, write, and
speak the English language in an understandable manner; Ability to operate switchboard; Previous experience with multi-line system preferred
Physical Demands: Walking, standing, talking, and hearing; ability to move freely throughout facility
