The Concierge is the initial contact and first impression at the community and has responsibility for assisting residents as needed with the property. The Concierge is a goodwill ambassador and must always present a cheerful, helpful attitude in his/her work with the public. The Concierge is responsible for greeting potential residents, families and visitors, managing both external and incoming calls and taking and communicating messages. The Concierge has the knowledge to respond to community inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
