Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient PC skills including Word and Excel.

• Experience with multi-line switchboard is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide receptionist duties and clerical support to the Business Office Manager.
• Assist with human resources, accounts payable/receivable and payroll as needed.
• Interact with residents, families and employees to ensure satisfaction with tact and professionalism.

The Concierge performs receptionist duties providing clerical support to the Business Office Manager with human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll as needed. Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills: Proficient PC skills; Microsoft Word and Excel; Must be able to read, write, and
speak the English language in an understandable manner; Ability to operate switchboard; Previous experience with multi-line system preferred
Physical Demands: Walking, standing, talking, and hearing; ability to move freely throughout facility
