Working hours are 10 am–3 pm or 12 pm–5 pm, Monday through Friday. The position requires a high school diploma and prior customer service experience; tech-savviness is essential to handle resident inquiries and package

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy and able to use basic technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
• Greet and assist residents and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Address basic resident requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Provide information about the property, local area, and available services.
• Manage package deliveries, pickups, and notification.
• Promote a positive and service-oriented atmosphere in the lobby and common areas.
• Assist with community event logistics and communications.

Our Concierge is the welcoming face of our vibrant 55+ Active Living community. From greeting residents by name to assisting guests and vendors, the Concierge delivers warm, personalized service that enhances the active, engaging lifestyle our residents enjoy. Every interaction is an opportunity to create meaningful connections and a sense of belonging.

THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE:

Monday - Friday from 10 am - 3 pm

OR

Monday - Friday from 12 pm - 5 pm.
