Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a concierge-style outpatient clinic in Thornton/Fort Collins, CO. The PT will manage spine, neck, and shoulder injuries with one-on-one sessions, performing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and mobility restoration within an autonomous setting.

The role emphasizes orthopedic rehab and high-quality care, with relocation-friendly scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package. Colorado licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT or eligible for Colorado licensure.
• DPT or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, and injury rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Desirable experience with dry needling, shockwave therapy and BFR.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with a focus on spine, neck and shoulder conditions.
• Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and mobility restoration.
• Lead orthopedic injury rehabilitation with high clinical autonomy.
• Collaborate in a concierge-style, quality-focused practice.
