Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Colorado seeks a Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedics, sports medicine, and injury rehabilitation. The role splits between Thornton and Fort Collins, full-time, with a salary range of $130,000–$150,000 and a concierge-like, high-autonomy practice emphasizing personalized care.

The PT will treat spine/neck, shoulder and musculoskeletal injuries with manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, shockwave, and BFR, while maintaining excellent patient

Qualifications

• DPT or Master’s in Physical Therapy and Colorado licensure or eligibility.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, and injury rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with a focus on orthopedic injuries.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehab modalities.
• Work across spine/neck, shoulders, joints and soft-tissue injuries.
