Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. seeks a Concierge Clinical Associate Medical Assistant to support physicians, take vitals, prepare exam rooms, and manage patient flow in two Miami-area locations.

The role requires MA certification and CPR, plus at least 5 years of MA experience or foreign medical graduate background. A hospital team-oriented environment and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certification required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant training; High School or equivalent.
• 5+ Years Medical Assistant experience or Foreign Medical Graduate.

Responsibilities

• Takes vitals signs on patients.
• Assists physician with complex procedures during patient examinations.
• Address and resolve patient concerns with hospitality and professionalism.
• Monitors and manages patient schedule to ensure optimal patient flow.
• Prepares and cleans exam rooms and ensures supplies are stocked.
