Curana Health is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to serve as a warm, visible presence in our senior living communities. This concierge-style role focuses on building relationships with residents, families, and partners while providing clinical and administrative support to our healthcare providers.

The MA will help ensure the delivery of personalized care, greeting residents, taking vital signs, coordinating after-visit follow ups, and assisting with front desk duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Outgoing individual who loves interacting with people.
• Organized and effective communicator.
• Experience working as a medical assistant in a healthcare setting, preferably geriatric or senior care.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a concierge and trusted point of contact within the senior living community, building genuine relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Check in regularly with leadership to stay aligned on resident needs and priorities.
• Attend community events to connect with residents and families and strengthen our presence in the community.
• Coordinate care between specialists, therapy, home health, and other services.
• Assist with front desk duties, including appointment management and scheduling.
• Coordinate care consistent with the care plan and conduct monthly outreach to residents and families.
