Job summary

Medici in Austin, TX is seeking a Medical Assistant to support the Executive Health Exam experience. You will work under the RN and physician, ensuring a polished, calm patient journey in a premium setting.

This part-time role (28 hours/week) runs January through September with a strong chance of becoming permanent based on performance and clinic needs. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–2:30 PM CT.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Current CMA/RMA certification preferred.
• Clinical experience in outpatient or diagnostic settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients through the Executive Health Assessment with clear explanations.
• Support patient flow across assessment components while maintaining privacy.
• Obtain vitals, assist with intake measurements and documentation.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist with lab draws and testing.
