Responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining attendance, handling emergencies, general cleaning, and adhering to dress code.

Responsibilities include:

Box Office

• Operating POS system, handling cash, credit cards, and tickets accurately
• Upselling Premium Viewing Experiences and promoting the Regal Crown Club
• Ensuring compliance with MPAA ratings and company policies

Concession

• Operating POS, managing inventory, and promoting the Regal Crown Club
• Preparing and cleaning concession equipment
• Following food safety laws and legal alcohol service requirements if applicable

Usher

• Tearing tickets, managing crowd control, inspecting bags, and assisting guests
• Monitoring theatre environment and maintaining cleanliness
