InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Concierge Manager for the upcoming resort in Grenada, opening Q4 2026. This role involves leading the concierge desk activities, ensuring superior service and coordinating guest requests.

Location: Grenada. This position is not eligible for remote work.
Lead the coordination of any guests’ needs, special requests, and inquiries to ensure superior service and value for our guests.
High school diploma or equivalent plus at least two years experience as a concierge or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Some college and knowledge of locale preferred. Must speak fluent English; other languages desirable.
