FirstService Residential is seeking a dedicated Concierge in Boston, MA to deliver exceptional customer service, greet residents, and manage access for guests and service providers. The role requires reacting to emergency procedures and operating security systems while maintaining logs and forms.
The position includes administrative clerical tasks in Word and Excel, walking the premises for monitoring and ensuring a safe environment, with occasional overtime and flexible hours as needed.
As a Concierge you will provide exceptional customer service. Meets and greets residents; checks guests and service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; and accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms. Assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical, Word and Excel document work. Walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes.

As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision, and others. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
$34.00 - $37.00/hour
