• Answer phone inquiries about reservationsand special events in a professional and helpful manner.
• Conduct seating and guest flow while communicating with the team to ensure a smooth guest transition from concierge stand to table
• Be genuine, honest, attentive, and empathetic with guests, while always being mindful of how you can go the extra mile to improve their experience
