Job summary

Greystar is seeking an onsite Concierge/Resident Services partner in Minnesota to organize and support resident activities and information resources. You will welcome guests, route inquiries, assist with service requests, monitor access and safety systems, and coordinate deliveries and freight elevator use.

The role emphasizes strong resident service, local guidance, and seamless day-to-day office support in a dynamic leasing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents and helps them feel welcome while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Answers calls, routes to the right colleague, and assists with follow-up on service requests.
• Assists residents with luggage carts check-in/check-out and monitors parking areas for staff and vendors.
• Monitors fire alarm panel and security cameras to help maintain safety and security.
• Manages all package deliveries, logs arrivals, and notifies residents within 24 hours.
• Keeps a daily activity log and reports concerns to management as needed.
• Maintains logs for rentals, dry cleaning, and other services; shares local area info with residents.
• Arranges freight elevator use for move-ins/move-outs and deliveries.

Organizes, coordinates, and implements various resident services and programs and acts as an information source for and help to residents related to local market resources.

• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, and ensures that prospects and visitors are comfortable while they wait to speak with a team member. 2. Monitors guest traffic.
• Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance, and assists with completed service request call backs as necessary.
• Assists residents with the checking in or out of luggage carts.
• Monitors parking garage for team members and vendors.
• Monitors fire alarm panel and security cameras.
• Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours.
• Keeps a daily log of events and community security status. Reports any concerns to management.
• Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and/or other services provided by the community.
• Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors.
• Books freight elevator for move‑in, move‑out and furniture deliveries

The hourly range for the position is $22.00 - $24.00

Additional Compensation

• Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
