What is the role about?

• You will act as the point of contact for Tourlane travelers needing assistance or information while traveling in LATAM.
• You will proactively contact travelers via call or chat, providing information based on their needs.
• You will inform travelers about attractions, local culture, and offer tips to enhance their experience.
• You will promote and sell additional activities and excursions to enrich the travelers' local experience.
• You will explore popular local spots during low travel seasons to recommend restaurants, activities, and attractions.
• You will collaborate with local travel partners and the Tourlane team in Germany to share updates and feedback for improving the LATAM experience.

What will you need to be successful?

• You are a local resident in Mexico, self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently, and a team player.
• Experience as a butler or concierge, or in hospitality customer service, is advantageous.
• You are skilled at sourcing information online about tourist attractions, shopping, dining, nightlife, etc.
• You have a service-oriented mindset, capable of making guests feel valued.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English; German or French skills are a plus but not required.
