Prima Medicine is a premier, physician-led practice seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join its expanding, highly boutique concierge panel in Northern Virginia. Founded on a commitment to physician autonomy and sustainable work-life alignment, the practice intentionally structures operations to insulate providers from administrative drag and clinical burnout. This opportunity offers complete focus on high-touch, hyper-personalized medicine within a highly respected private practice setting.

• Scope of Practice & Clinical Autonomy: Care for a dedicated, manageable patient panel (targeting ~400 patients) presenting with complex, multi-system chronic conditions and comprehensive wellness needs. Enjoy generous, flexible appointment blocks designed for deep clinical engagement, managing an average of just 6 to 10 patients per day.
• Focus on Concierge Medicine: Provide concierge-level services, including 24/7 access via phone or email, same-day or next-day appointments, and comprehensive annual wellness evaluations.
• Multidisciplinary & Collaborative Support: Practice alongside a robust team of 8 primary care physicians and multi-specialty providers, including in-house Endocrinology, Medical Weight Loss, Registered Dietitians, and women’s health-focused APPs to streamline complex patient management.
• Operational Efficiency & AI-Driven Relief: Benefit from dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant support handling full clinical prep, phlebotomy, and inbox management, alongside fully integrated AI scribing software to eliminate administrative burden.
• Work-Life Balance & Call Structure: Enjoy customizable scheduling options, including standard weekday hours or condensed block schedules, with 36 patient-facing hours and 4 dedicated administrative hours for full-time FTEs. Call responsibilities are limited strictly to your own personal concierge panel, upholding a true quality-of-life practice model.
