Job summary

Your Private Physician in Clearwater is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician (MD/DO) for its concierge primary care practice. Expect meaningful physician-patient relationships, autonomy, and a manageable panel with about five visits daily and no hospital duties.

Base salary is $330,000 annually, with a performance bonus and total compensation potential up to $450,000. Benefits include medical/dental, employer-paid malpractice, a 401(k) with employer contribution, CME

Qualifications

• MD or DO; board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Florida license or eligibility; DEA registration or eligibility.
• Commitment to evidence-informed, patient-centered care; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge primary care with prevention, functional, and longevity medicine.
• Develop and nurture meaningful physician-patient relationships.
• Collaborate with staff and specialists to coordinate care and program growth.
