Watermark Retirement Communities in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents, families and visitors, delivering warm, organized service in our senior living community.

This part-time role features evening and weekend hours, with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting residents and coordinating with staff to ensure comfort and safety. You will be the friendly face that helps residents and families feel valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of concierge experience.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, family members and visitors as the first impression.
• Provide exceptional service and support in daily activities.
• Coordinate with team to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly

Work Schedule: Part Time, Wednesday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, SAT. 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
