Responsibilities

• Turn 6 of pattern recognition into faster general calls
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet
• Own one slice of HFF's general mission end to end
• Stitch together Multitasking and Teamwork into one coherent workflow
• Keep skills current through ongoing training and self-directed learning
• Execute core Concierge duties with accuracy and consistency
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for review by leadership
• Represent HFF professionally with vendors, partners, and customers
