Who Are You?

The Front Desk Concierge – 3rd Shift is a key overnight presence on campus, responsible for both front desk responsibilities and roving campus patrols to help ensure the safety and comfort of our residents, staff, and property. You are professional, dependable, observant, and calm under pressure—someone who takes pride in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment during overnight hours.

A Night in the Life:

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and staff with professionalism and hospitality, even in late-night situations
• Conduct routine roving patrols throughout the campus, checking doors, monitoring for unusual activity, and reporting safety concerns to leadership
• Monitor security systems, handle emergency calls, and report unusual activity to appropriate leadership
• Handle emergency situations with composure, contacting appropriate responders as needed
• Create and dispatch work orders from staff or residents to the appropriate departments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and surrounding area
• Maintain clear and timely communication with next-shift personnel regarding incidents or updates

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Preferred: At least one (1) year of receptionist, night security, or similar experience
  • Experience using office equipment and multi-line phone systems
• Education:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
