Tradition Senior Living, LP is seeking a Concierge Team Member for the Dallas - Prestwood community. You will greet visitors, answer calls, distribute messages, and coordinate maintenance and services with residents, while maintaining a welcoming front desk atmosphere.
The role reports to the Concierge Director and requires a year of front desk management experience in a hotel or similar setting, along with strong communication and organizational skills in English.
CONCIERGE: Schedule (Saturday 8am-8pm) (Sunday 8am-8pm) (Monday 8am-4pm)

We are currently seeking a Concierge Team Member at our Dallas - Prestwood community. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression of the community via telephone and in person. Will greet visitors, handle telephone calls, receive and distribute messages, interact with residents to schedule maintenance and other services, handle clerical tasks as assigned, and manage general atmosphere of the front desk area. Answer emergency calls and contact appropriate authorities when necessary.
The Concierge Team Member reports directly to our Concierge Director who oversees day to day operations of the community's Concierge department.
