How will you make an impact:

As a Concierge at Tapestry Senior Living, you will lead the way in creating a welcoming and organized environment through exceptional reception and administrative skills. You’ll manage the reception area with professionalism, warmly greeting residents, families, and guests while answering and directing incoming calls. Your administrative responsibilities will include supporting office operations, handling documentation, and coordinating with other departments to keep things running smoothly. A strong focus on both reception and administration ensures that every interaction reflects the caring and professional standards of Tapestry Senior Living. Your ability to balance these essential tasks will directly contribute to a positive experience for everyone in our community.

Schedule:This position is full-time with day and afternoon shifts available. Occasional holidays and weekends are required.

What you will need:

  • Must be 18years or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or reception roles.
  • Comfort working with office technology and systems commonly used in reception and administration.
  • A cheerful, friendly, and professional demeanor, especially when handling reception tasks such as greeting guests and answering phones
