Job summary

Atria Health LLC in New York seeks a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Endocrinology & Metabolic Health team in a concierge outpatient setting. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, manage diabetes, thyroid, obesity, and metabolic disorders, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program.
• Current NP or PA certification.
• Valid state license to practice as NP or PA.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in endocrinology.
• Experience in endocrinology with a focus on prevention is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations including histories, exams, and diagnostic results for endocrine disorders.
• Diagnose and manage diabetes, obesity, thyroid, adrenal disorders, and metabolic syndrome.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging; develop tailored treatment plans with the endocrinologist.
• Provide patient education and lifestyle guidance; monitor progress and adjust treatments.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in protocol improvements.
• Engage in professional development and multidisciplinary collaboration.
