This vacancy is located at our luxury high-rise Lovejoy Wharf, in Boston, MA.

Schedule: Saturday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A RESIDENTIAL CONCIERGE

• Welcoming Ambassador: Greet residents and visitors with a friendly smile and genuine warmth. Your positive energy and exceptional customer service skills will set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere within the community.
• Safety: Maintaining a watchful eye on the premises, contributing to a safe and secure environment.
• Relationship Building: Offering a helping hand and a listening ear to residents' needs, from insider recommendations to friendly chats.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with our wonderful team to orchestrate seamless arrivals and departures, and provide best-in-class customer service.

COMPENSATION

• $18 - $20 / hour
• with an annual bonus that is tied to performance.
