The Concierge plays a vital role in enhancing the experience of residents and visitors at Capital Place by providing exceptional customer service and support. This position is responsible for managing inquiries, coordinating services, and ensuring a welcoming environment during the day shift. The Concierge will act as a liaison between residents and various departments, facilitating communication and addressing any concerns that may arise. By maintaining a high standard of professionalism and attentiveness, the Concierge contributes to the overall satisfaction and well-being of the community. Ultimately, this role is essential in creating a positive atmosphere that reflects the values of the Health Care and Social Assistance industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
