Job Description

The Hospitality Worker II is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating guest concerns or issues. Responsibilities may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Greet guests and provide excellent customer service while anticipating their needs.
  2. Provide guests or travelers with directions, travel information, and details about available services and points of interest.
  3. Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration processes.
  4. Operate registers and/or software systems to complete cash and credit card transactions.
  5. Answer phone calls and emails, delivering messages as needed.
  6. Maintain a positive attitude and excellent customer service towards guests, customers, co-workers, and clients.
  7. Coordinate the resolution of guest concerns.
  8. Communicate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
