Job summary

Concord Hospitality Brand in Lyndhurst, OH seeks a Breakfast/Banquet Attendant to set up and maintain the breakfast and banquet areas each shift, ensuring clean, welcoming spaces and friendly guest service. You will prepare light breakfast items, monitor food quality and temperature, greet guests, and uphold health and safety standards.

• Prepare simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, pre-packaged foods, and banquet set up.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Monitor food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area or banquet area at the end of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

As a Breakfast/Banquet Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and satisfying dining experience for our guests each morning or afternoon. You will be responsible for preparing, setting up, and maintaining the breakfast or banquet area while ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and friendly guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the breakfast area and banquet area with food, beverages, utensils, and supplies.
• Prepare simple breakfast/banquet items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, pre-packaged foods, and banquet set up.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Monitor food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area or banquet area at the end of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
