We are hiring a Concierge-Breakfast Attendant.

Love serving others? Making someone smile? Are you great at giving restaurant and entertainment advice as well as directions? The hotel concierge plays a vital role in providing guests with a memorable "Guest Experience." You will be the go-to person for ideas to make their visit special, armed with knowledge of the area's attractions.

Pay scale: $16-$17/hour

We seek individuals passionate about service! As a morning breakfast attendant, you are often the first greeting guests receive. Your friendly smile and cheerful attitude set the tone for their day. Your proactive, responsive, and caring approach will make a difference. If you enjoy engaging with others, have a winning personality, and a high sense of responsibility, this role is ideal. Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean dining room, service area, and food and beverage hallways.
• Provide professional, prompt service attentive to guest needs.
• Arrive in uniform with a positive attitude.
• Restock food and supplies to ensure consistent service.
• Continuously clean areas to provide a consistent guest experience.
• Engage with guests about local activities and provide information on area needs.
• Report guest concerns to management.
