Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1 year bartending experience (required).
• Experience in hotel front desk, concierge, or guest services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Provide local area recommendations and act as a lounge ambassador.
• Prepare and serve beverages in a low-volume lounge setting.
